LR Global Holding GmbH publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm

Ahlen, 24 January 2022 - On 3 February 2021, LR Global Holding GmbH ("LR Global Holding") issued senior secured floating rate bonds (2021/2025) in an amount of EUR 125,000,000 (the "Bonds"). Under the terms and conditions for the Bonds, LR Global Holding has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. For the purpose of the admission to trading, LR Global Holding has prepared a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today. LR Global Holding will submit an application for admission to trading of the Bonds and the first trading day on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 26 January 2022.
